Yes, a refund is possible under the following conditions:
Cancellation must be communicated at least one day before the exam date.
The following amounts will be deducted from the refund:
Installment payments: PagSeguro service fee + ACerT administrative fee + tax on the invoice issued.
A preparatory course is recommended but not required.
Those who already know the subject can take the exam without completing the course.
Yes. The certification bodies CBQS and SQMMI issue digital certificates.
After the exam, a certificate is issued when the participant achieves the required passing score.
Candidates who do not pass will be notified.
The exams are held online.
Only the syllabus is provided for professional certifications.
The invoice is issued after payment for the exam or business assessment is confirmed.
The exam voucher is valid for three months.
