The Agile HR Professional Certification covers modern agility principles for human talent management.

Objective

Incorporate and develop agility principles, describe and develop new practices through agile frameworks, and learn agile tools to create new approaches to talent management in emerging business settings and redesign processes.

Target Audience

HR leaders, managers and consultants who want to drive business transformation.

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Format: In person in São Paulo and online throughout Brazil
  • Languages: Portuguese
  • Questions: Multiple choice (40 questions)
  • Passing score: 60% or 24 correct answers
  • Results: Within one week
  • Review requests: A fee of R$ 100,00 is charged for a review and access to the exam.
