The Professional Certification in Usability Testing (CPTU) covers the essential topics for solid, in-depth knowledge of usability testing.

Objective

Introduce participants to usability testing methods and practices to improve user experience and software quality.

Target Audience

Testers, developers and digital product managers interested in becoming usability testing specialists.

Requirements

Hold a basic certification in software testing.

General Information

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Format: In person in São Paulo and online throughout Brazil
  • Languages: Portuguese
  • Questions: Multiple choice (40 questions)
  • Passing score: 60% or 24 correct answers
  • Results: Within one week.
  • Review requests: A fee of R$ 100,00 is charged for a review and access to the exam.
