Introduce participants to the principles, concepts and requirements of ISO 22301:2012 and teach them to develop a BCMS.

Requirements

No prior knowledge is required, but familiarity with management systems and general knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery are helpful.

  • Passing score: 60% or 24 correct answers
